QUICK STEP MANAGEMENT - was established to fill the need for a one-stop Training & Development centre. We pride ourselves in our ability to design, organize and deliver high quality programs for in-house and public programs.
We recognize that success in any organization is reflected in improved performance, productivity and profitability. With this in mind, we are committed to ensure that participants of our program derive maximum benefits and subsequently put into practices the learnt skills and knowledge. Through our Associates, Quality Improvements Sdn Bhd (incorporated in 1986), we are into ISO 2000 and quality related programs.
Since 1993, we have been organizing public and conducting in-house programs for the various categories and have trained not less than 1,000 managers, executives, marketing personnel and even training personnel. Foreign as well as local program leaders who are experts in their respective field are brought in to share their knowledge and wide ranging experiences with our participants.
Program contents and materials are constantly updated to reflect the latest trend and technology in the market place. Feedback obtained from our participants are monitored and valuable suggestions for further improvement are acted upon.
QUICKSTEP MANAGEMENT
Motivation wise course ACTION! (Quick step) Horrendous as the students were able to forge a progressive mindset. If we did not bring something new we are not willing to divulge on almost all existing communication channels such as radio, TV, newspapers, magazines and the Internet.
To date almost 5,000 students have participated in this course. Various shocks in either academic achievement or positive changes in attitudes and behavior that we recorded.

Dress Code:
Each participant must come with clean clothes. The boys are encouraged to wear shirts and more modest girls naked prison.
T-Shirt, jeans, and clothes never poke points allowed.
